Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Balance payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to departure.
Bookings made within 10 days of travel require 100% payment upfront.
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or authorised payment gateways.
Delayed or incomplete payments may lead to automatic cancellation without refund.
GenNext Holidays will not be liable for payment failures caused by third-party systems.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing at careers@gennextholidays.com.
Following deductions will apply based on the date of cancellation:

Time Before Departure	Cancellation Charges
30 days or more	25% of total package cost
15 – 29 days	50% of total package cost
7 – 14 days	75% of total package cost

Less than 7 days / No-sho 100% (Non-refundable)

Air/rail tickets, visa, insurance, taxes, and service fees are strictly non-refundable once issued.
In case of trips cancelled by GenNext Holidays due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural calamity, political unrest), customers will be offered rescheduling or refund/credit as per vendor policies.

Refund Terms

Bookings are confirmed only upon full/part payment and written confirmation from GenNext Holidays.
Prices & services are subject to change until full payment is received.
GenNext Holidays acts merely as a facilitator between the client and various service providers and is not liable for delays, loss, accidents, or changes in services outside its control.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid documents (passport, visa, ID, vaccination, etc.).
Visa assistance does not guarantee visa issuance — visa refusal or delay will not entitle the traveller to a full refund.
