General Terms

By accessing, using, or booking any travel-related service with GenNext Holidays, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. These apply to all bookings made via our website, mobile platforms, agents, or in-person.

Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable) and a written confirmation is issued by GenNext Holidays.
  • Incomplete bookings, due to non-payment or lack of documentation, may be automatically cancelled.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or authorized payment gateways.
  • Full payment must be received before the departure date, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In case of EMI or part-payment plans, delays in payment may result in cancellation without refund.
  • GenNext Holidays is not responsible for payment failures or delays due to third-party payment systems.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • Cancellations must be sent in writing to careers@gennextholidays.com
  • Cancellation charges vary depending on the service provider (airlines/hotels/tour operators) and date of cancellation.
Standard cancellation fees:
  • 30+ days before departure – 25% of total package
  • 15–29 days before – 50%
  • 7–14 days – 75%
  • Less than 7 days – 100% (No refund)

Operator-Initiated Cancellations:

In case GenNext Holidays cancels the trip due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., natural disaster, political unrest), customers will receive a full or partial refund, or may opt for rescheduling.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days from approval, depending on the nature of the service and the provider's refund terms.
  • GenNext Holidays is not responsible for third-party delays (e.g., airlines, embassies, hotels).
  • Refunds are made through the original mode of payment only.

Travel Documents & Visa

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing valid documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.).
  • GenNext Holidays provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval.
  • Visa rejections, delays, or restrictions do not entitle the customer to full refunds. Standard cancellation charges will apply.

Responsibility & Liability

  • GenNext Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers.
  • We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, injuries, flight cancellations, or any incident outside our direct control.
  • Any disputes arising between the client and third-party vendors must be addressed directly with the respective party.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, war, strikes, political instability, epidemics, or technical failures.

Changes to Itinerary

  • GenNext Holidays reserves the right to alter itineraries due to operational constraints or safety reasons.
  • Substitute services will be provided of equal or better value where possible.

Use of Website & Content

  • All content, designs, text, graphics, and logos on www.gennextholidays.com are the property of GenNext India Pvt. Ltd.
  • Reproduction or misuse without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
